1 Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below:

2 Eligibility

To register and use the bmw4wd platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Access to bmw4wd is strictly prohibited for persons under the age of 21.
• You must be a resident of Indonesia and accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online betting is not expressly prohibited under applicable law.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Persons who are legally incapacitated or who have been declared bankrupt may not register an account.
• You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, agent, or affiliate of bmw4wd, nor an immediate family member of such persons.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list or have voluntarily excluded yourself from gambling services through bmw4wd's Responsible Gaming tools.
• You must be acting on your own behalf. Creating an account on behalf of a third party is strictly prohibited.

bmw4wd reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time and to suspend or close any account where eligibility cannot be adequately demonstrated.

3 Account Registration

To access bmw4wd's betting and gaming products, you must register a personal account. The following rules govern account registration and ongoing account management:

• One Account Per Person: Each player may register only one account. Duplicate, shared, or joint accounts are prohibited. Any account found to be a duplicate may be suspended immediately.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current registration information including your full legal name (as it appears on your Indonesian KTP), date of birth, valid email address, and active mobile number.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your password with any third party. bmw4wd will not be held liable for losses arising from unauthorized access resulting from a Player's failure to protect their login cr edentials.
• Account Updates: You must promptly notify bmw4wd of any changes to your registered personal information by contacting our customer support team. Maintaining outdated account information may result in withdrawal delays.
• Password Requirements: Your password must be at least eight characters long and include a combination of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, and numbers. We strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) for additional security.

bmw4wd reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason.

4 KYC Verification

bmw4wd operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. All Players must complete KYC verification before their first withdrawal request is processed. In certain circumstances, bmw4wd may request KYC documents at an earlier stage.

The following documents are required for KYC verification:

• Government-Issued Photo ID: A clear, unobstructed copy of your Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP) or valid Indonesian passport.
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence issued within the last 90 days showing your name and residential address in Indonesia.
• Selfie Verification: A photograph of you holding your KTP next to your face, taken on the day of submission.
• Payment Method Verification: Where required, documentation confirming ownership of the bank account or e-wallet used for deposits (e.g., a BCA or BRI account statement clearly showing your name and account number).

KYC documents are reviewed within 1–3 business days. bmw4wd reserves the right to request additional documents if the initial submission is insufficient to confirm a Player's identity. Accounts that fail KYC verification will have withdrawal facilities suspended pending resolution.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

bmw4wd accepts deposits in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) via the following channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All deposit transactions must originate from a bank account or e-wallet registered in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and will be returned where possible.

• Minimum deposit amount: Rp 10.000
• Deposits are credited to your account balance within minutes of confirmed receipt by bmw4wd.
• bmw4wd does not charge a processing fee on deposits; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transfer fees.
• bmw4wd is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or Indonesian banking system maintenance periods.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the Player's verified bank account or e-wallet only. bmw4wd does not transfer funds to accounts held in a name other than the verified Player's name.

• Minimum withdrawal amount: Rp 50.000
• Maximum withdrawal amount per transaction: Rp 50.000.000 (subject to account tier and verification status)
• Standard withdrawal processing time: 15 minutes to 3 business hours for verified accounts
• Withdrawals requested outside WIB banking hours (Monday–Friday, 08:00–21:00 WIB) may be processed on the next available banking day.
• Players must complete KYC verification before their first withdrawal is approved.
• bmw4wd reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before releasing withdrawal amounts above Rp 10.000.000.

5.3 Currency

All transactions on bmw4wd are conducted exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Deposits in foreign currencies are not accepted. bmw4wd does not offer currency conversion services.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

bmw4wd offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible registered Players. The following general terms apply to all promotions unless stated otherwise in the specific offer terms:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated clearly on each individual promotion page.
• Bonus funds must be wagered the required number of times before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted.
• bmw4wd reserves the right to determine which games contribute to wagering requirements and at what percentage. Typically, slots contribute 100%, while live casino games and sports bets may contribute at a reduced rate.
• Welcome bonuses and first-deposit bonuses are available to new Players only. One welcome bonus per household, IP address, device, or payment method applies.
• Bonuses must be claimed within the validity period specified in the offer. Unclaimed bonuses expire automatically.
• bmw4wd reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time with reasonable notice where operationally required.
• Any Player found to be exploiting bonus terms — including but not limited to using multiple accounts, making low-risk bets to satisfy wagering requirements, or coordinating with other Players — will have their bonus forfeited and their account suspended.
• Promotional offers during Indonesian cultural periods (Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, Indonesian Independence Day 17 August, Nyepi, Imlek/Chinese New Year) are subject to the same general terms unless specific promotion terms state otherwise.

7 Betting & Gaming Rules

The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on the bmw4wd platform:

• All bets are final once confirmed. bmw4wd does not accept requests to cancel or amend a bet after it has been placed and accepted by the system.
• In the event of a technical error that results in an incorrect display of odds, game outcome, or payout, bmw4wd reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to Players' accounts.
• Sports betting odds are subject to change at any time prior to bet confirmation. The odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation are the final accepted odds.
• Mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) bets require all selections to win for a payout. A single losing selection in a mix parlay will result in loss of the entire stake, unless specific insurance promotions apply.
• For togel lottery markets, results are determined by the official published draw results of the relevant Singapore, Hongkong, Sydney, or Macau lottery authorities. bmw4wd bears no responsibility for delays or amendments to draw results caused by the relevant lottery bodies.
• For sabung ayam (live cockfighting) markets, Meron/Wala selections and Draw outcomes are determined by the officiating arena judges. Fights declared void by the arena are settled as void bets and stakes are returned.
• Live in-play betting odds fluctuate in real time. bmw4wd is not liable for connectivity issues on the Player's side that may prevent timely bet placement during live events.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per market and may vary by event, competition, and Player account tier. Current limits are displayed within the betting interface.

8 Responsible Gaming

bmw4wd is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. We provide the following tools to help Players maintain control over their gambling activity:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure session duration alerts to receive notifications after a set period of play.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may voluntarily exclude themselves from the platform for a defined cooling-off period or permanently. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours.
• Reality Checks: Players may enable periodic on-screen reminders displaying their net win/loss position for the current session.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions constitute a serious breach of these Terms and Conditions and will result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and potential legal action where appropriate:

• Creating or operating more than one bmw4wd account
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent identity or payment information
• Using software, bots, automated systems, or artificial intelligence to interact with the platform in a manner that provides an unfair advantage
• Engaging in match-fixing, collusion, or any other form of sports integrity manipulation
• Exploiting technical errors, software vulnerabilities, or incorrectly posted odds
• Conducting transactions with funds derived from illegal activity (money laundering)
• Placing bets on behalf of a third party or as part of a syndicate without prior written consent from bmw4wd
• Engaging in chargebacks or payment reversals on legitimate transactions
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing bmw4wd staff or other platform users

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the bmw4wd platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, service marks, graphics, text, software, user interfaces, and game assets — is the exclusive intellectual property of bmw4wd or its licensed content providers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft).

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any bmw4wd content without prior written authorization.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bmw4wd shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or opportunity — whether direct or indirect — arising from your use of the platform
• Service interruptions caused by maintenance, cyber-attacks, force majeure events, or failures of third-party infrastructure (including Indonesian banking and telecommunications systems)
• Incorrect information provided by a Player that results in delayed or misdirected payments
• Losses arising from a Player's failure to secure their account credentials
• Outcomes of bets or games that a Player considers unfavorable, provided the game has been conducted in accordance with its published rules and a certified random number generator (RNG)

bmw4wd's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12 Account Termination

12.1 Termination by the Player: You may close your bmw4wd account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Prior to closure, any pending bets will be settled according to their outcomes and the remaining withdrawable balance will be returned to your verified payment method within 5 business days.

12.2 Termination by bmw4wd: bmw4wd reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity
• Non-compliance with applicable laws or regulatory requirements
• At the Platform's sole discretion, for any reason that bmw4wd determines to be in the best interest of platform integrity

In the event of termination for cause, bmw4wd reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. If the investigation concludes that no wrongdoing occurred, the verified withdrawable balance will be returned to the Player.

13 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognized gaming regulations and the laws applicable to the jurisdiction under which bmw4wd operates its licensing framework.

bmw4wd operates as an internationally licensed and regulated gaming platform. The Platform holds applicable gaming licences that authorize the provision of online betting and gaming services to players in markets where such services are accessible. Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of the bmw4wd platform complies with the laws of their own jurisdiction.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved amicably through bmw4wd's customer support process shall be referred to binding arbitration under internationally recognized arbitration rules. The language of arbitration shall be English.

14 Amendments

bmw4wd reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, bmw4wd will provide registered Players with at least 7 days' advance notice via email or an in-platform notification before the revised terms take effect.

Your continued use of the bmw4wd platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and contact our support team to close your account prior to the amendment's effective date.
